We wish all of our students and their families a Happy New Year and we hope everyone had a safe and restful winter break. We look forward to welcoming students back on Monday January 4!
Although we start 2021 with optimism with the arrival of a vaccine for COVID-19, safety procedures at Pleasant Valley Secondary will remain the same in the new year. We would like to remind students and families of the following expectations to keep all of us safe:
Masks MUST be worn properly in ALL common areas (anywhere outside of your classroom) at ALL TIMES.
Review the Daily Health Checklist provided by the district and remain at home if showing signs of illness as indicated by the form (see below).
Sanitize hands upon entering the building and classrooms every time you enter.
Lunch must be eaten either in the assigned grade cohort area or outside. The hallways are to be accessed only when going to the washroom.
Students are reminded to bring a water bottle to fill at our water bottle filling stations as our water fountains remain closed.
The school opens at 8:45am. If you need to come to school earlier than this, please contact the office to make individual arrangements.
