New Student Registrations
Please call ahead to ensure we are here to receive you: (250) 546-3114. Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete all of the necessary paperwork and to meet with our Vice Principal.
Note: in the event of multiple registrations occurring at the same time, the wait may be longer. Thank you for your understanding!
Documentation to be Presented at Time of Registration
In order to meet Ministry of Education requirements, the school district must have documentation for all students entering K-12. Documentation includes (complete documentation requirements available here):
- Appropriate proof of citizenship or status in Canada for both students and parents, and appropriate proof of age for students. Examples are an original birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, immigration or refugee documentation
- Guardianship – (if required)
- Appropriate proof of residence ( complete list of accepted documentation available here).
- Most recent report card from previous school, if available
- Any legal document that names your child (ie custody agreement) As above, plus your child’s BC Services Card, medical and emergency contact information would be greatly appreciated.
